Some customers may notice that Urchin stats have not been compiled from 11/27 - 11/28. Media Temple’s systems engineers are currently investigating the cause of this as well as are in the process of resolving this issue by compiling those two days of stats. If you are continuing to miss Urchin stats for days not listed in this update, please update your ticket with the days that are missing and we will look into those on an individual basis.
