Incident concluded

Over the last 24 hours there has been no observable increase in Grid Cluster.2 latency. No additional reports have come in from customers and all services are back to normal. Additional monitoring sources are becoming available throughout the day and engineers are continuing to work on load balancing our storage systems.

Our primary goal is for an outage like this to never happen again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and are issuing a credit equal to one month’s worth of hosting to all customers affected by this outage. If you have opened a support request or contacted our support department this credit will be placed on your account automatically, no additional action is needed.
