At approximately 4:15PM Pacific Time (mt) Engineers were able to restore service availability to the affected segments. All services are back to normal. This issue was affecting a portion of our customer base on the (gs) Grid-Service Cluster 2. We have increased our monitoring to detect any further problems at an early stage, but do not anticipate it to return.

In addition we are continuing to work on technologies to help keep these sorts of issues to affecting the smallest group of customers possible.
