STATUS CHANGE: RESOLVED
November 13th, 2008 at 3:13 pmWe have been closely monitoring the availability of the services of Cluster.2 since our last update. We are confident that the ongoing maintenance we are performing has allowed us to close this particular incident.
There is still more work to be done to our storage architecture. Our vendor has been working closely with us throughout this process. We are confident that our remaining tasks can be performed during off-peak hours with advanced notice. As in the past, we will be certain to notify any impacted customers using our Scheduled Maintenance notices.
In conclusion we have applied a month’s credit to those who were affected by this incident. We appreciate your patience as we continue making improvements to our core services. Thank you.
