Our VP of Biz Dev Gets General
August 17th, 2009 at 3:29 pmIn the midst of doing what a VP of of Biz Dev does, Alex Capehart found himself expounding on Web Hosting in an interview with Tubefilter at the Hollywood-Web-TV meetup. Some may argue web hosting is a bland discussion, it’s safe to say Alex would disagree.

Great interview! I posted it on my website. It’s a nice introduction to Media Temple and what you do. It’s also nice to see (mt) put a face to the business. I hope we get to see more in the future, e.g. employee interviews, inside the server bunker, what you do for fun, etc.

Quality, good to see you guys are so passionate about hosting (I already knew that, but showing this devotion at a party in front of a camera can be challenging) - looks like a cool party too!

[…] In this video, Alex Caphart explains what Media Temple does and how they have grown. No wonder they call themselves the Media Temple. I highly recommend Media Temple as a webhost now that the GridService has stabilized and appears to be working at full capacity without hiccups. They have intuitive admin controls, one-click app installs and a network of designers, agencies and developers that is unparalleled. Have a go with them on a 30-day money back guarantee. You won’t be disappointed. 0 Comments […]

It’s this obvious love for the industry and creativity that ties me up to (mt)!
PS: What venue was that? And what was it playing?? ME WANT!

Very cool interview. I think this is the first (mt) employee face I have seen. I’ve been hosting 1Three on the (gs) for almost two years now and it’s been nothing but a great experience. Hopefully someday I’ll find myself inquiring about the (dv) Nitro!
