At this time, our Engineers have restored full availability to all affected services for customers on (gs) Grid-Service Cluster.04.

We will continue providing regular updates until a full resolution is met. An additional Incident Review post will be provided as well, to provide a summary of today’s events.

Our (mt) Media Temple Engineers will continue a close and detailed investigation of Cluster.04 services to ensure their ongoing stability, and also to determine if the immediate fixes were adequate or if further action is required.
