Any mail that was sent during the brief disruption was retained and is now being processed. We will continue monitoring of core services.

On Friday, March 14th our Data Center Engineers will be relocating core equipment at our EL-DC3 data center.

This maintenance action will require that your server’s connectivity to the internet be taken offline for an extended period of time. You should prepare for up to two hours disruption to all services including web, email, and ftp. It is likely that only a small portion of the maintenance window will actually be needed.

NOTE: Any email inbound to your server during this maintenance window will be queued and delivered to your email accounts.

We would like to remind all customers that scheduled maintenance and security related updates are a necessary and vital aspect of web hosting that ensures the long term uptime and reliability of your server.
