Our administration team is confidant that the storage segment issues that led to this incident have been resolved. All services are currently online and fully-operational. We will continue to aggressively monitor and optimize the storage segment to improve overall performance.

Our systems engineers have currently brought the IMAP service back online and will stay online until further notice.

We apologize for all of the inconveniences this issue is causing. Our systems engineers are still working hard to investigate and resolve these issues. During this time we will continue to leave the IMAP service off until we have some more definitive answers to these issues. POP and webmail is still available to customers, so, please use these as an alternative to IMAP during this period.

(mt) Media Temple’s systems engineers have investigated the issue further and have verified that the issue is with the configuration of the BlueArc storage segment of GRID.Cluster.1. They will continue to test and investigate the issue until we are confident that we have resolved this.

At approximately 9:20am, there was an issue with (gs) GRID.Cluster.1 that affected the web, email and ftp segments. Initially, we believed the issue was with the networking layer, primarily one of the switches. After further investigation, our systems engineers have found that the issue is with the configuration of the BlueArc storage segment. We are continuing to investigate this further and will post further updates on this issue.

At this time, the IMAP segment will remain unavailable until further testing and investigation is completed.

As of 9:20am this morning, web, email and ftp segments on GRID.Cluster.1 became intermittently unavailable. Our systems engineers are currently working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.  We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
